We guarantee our rugs because we pick only the best quality and top styles. That’s why we have a helpful Approval policy.

Approval – To determine if the rug(s) you have selected are perfect we an offer an “Approval” period. Merchandise must be returned or purchased within three (3) days unless otherwise discussed with a salesperson.

Delivery & Returns

Installation and delivery available, contact your salesperson for details in our Showroom.

Return Policy – Stock items are refundable for seven (7) days and exchangeable for thirty (30) days. Special orders are non-refundable.
