If you are an art connoisseur and a rug lover at the same time, you might want to head to London in a few months.

The London Antique Rug and Textile Art (LARTA) Fair is running on its fifth year, and is set to unfold on April 16-19 at The Showroom, Penfold St, London. The annual fair has become the go-to event for people who appreciate ancient rugs and carpets from all around the world.

Expect to not only witness the beauty of antique rugs but also get the chance to purchase items made from China, India, Central Asia, Persia, and the Caucasus in the early ages until the 20th century. Noted rug exhibitors such as London’s Kennedy Carpets, New York’s Hagop Manoyan and the UK’s Pars Rug Gallery will be joining the four-day event filled with an eclectic mix of rare collectible antiques and colorful decorative textiles.
